Group Supervision Intensive for LMFT Licensure

A quarterly supervision space for therapists that gives you a steady place to talk through real cases, sharpen your skills, and feel a lot less alone in the in-between.

We work with your actual cases. Not theory, but the real clients you are sitting with this week. You will get direct feedback, a framework for understanding what is happening in the nervous system of the room, and language for the things that felt unnameable.

We slow down where it matters. Trauma-informed, relational, and paced to how people actually learn. You will build clinical skill, and you will also build the internal steadiness that lets you trust yourself in the chair.

We do it in community. A small group means you are not performing competence, you are practicing it, alongside peers who are in the same season.

The isolation of early licensure loses a lot of its grip when you are not carrying it alone.

What We Cover

The group runs on a four-quarter arc that moves outward to inward: from the client's nervous system, to the relationship between you, to your own system, to the presentations that unsettle all of it. Each quarter opens with about an hour of teaching that hands straight off into case consultation, so the concept lands on the real clients you are sitting with.

Every quarter lives in the same place: where the manual runs out and real attunement has to take over.

Q1. The Client's Nervous System: Safety and Stabilization
Window of tolerance, symptoms as adaptive, assessing readiness, and pacing before processing. The foundation early associates most need and most often skip.

Q2. The Relational System: Attachment, Rupture, and Repair
Co-regulation, attachment ruptures, enactment in the room, and treating the relationship itself as the client. How to spot a rupture as it happens and repair it.

Q3. The Therapist's Nervous System
Your activation as clinical data. Countertransference, flooding, and holding boundaries without going under with your client. The material almost no one teaches associates.

Q4. Protective Adaptations and Dissociation
Recognizing parts, protectors, and dissociative process, and knowing how to respond. Approach-agnostic, so it works inside whatever model you practice.

Attend in order and it compounds. Join at any quarter and it still stands on its own.
