At Groundwork, we know flexibility matters. Our on-demand trainings are built for clinicians who want substantive continuing education that fits their own rhythm and schedule.

Each course includes recorded teaching, reflection prompts, and practical tools you can begin using in your clinical work right away. These programs are self-paced, so you can pause, revisit, and integrate the material at your own speed. Deep learning does not happen in a rush.

What On-Demand Includes

• The clinical content is the same material we teach live. What differs is the format.
• Recorded instruction you can watch on your own schedule

• A post-test and your Certificate of Completion

What on-demand does not include is real-time interaction: live case discussion, questions in the moment, and peer connection. That is why on-demand is priced lower than the equivalent live training. An Important Note on Home-Study Limits

Most licensing boards require the majority of your continuing education to be earned through live instruction, and limit how many hours may come from home-study or asynchronous formats. On-demand trainings count toward your home-study allowance.

Limits vary by state and by license type. We recommend confirming your board's specific requirements before purchasing so you can plan your renewal cycle. Our CE Requirements page has more detail.

We mention this up front because we would rather you buy the right hours than the wrong ones.

Pricing

On-demand trainings are priced by CE hour, so you always know what you are paying for.

• Foundations: $25 per CE hour
• Intermediate: $30 per CE hour
• Advanced: $35 per CE hour

Trainings are offered at three levels. Foundations assumes no prior background in the topic. Intermediate assumes working familiarity with trauma-informed practice. Advanced assumes established competence in the area, and some carry prerequisites. Each training page lists its level.

Access and Certificates

• You will have unlimited access to your training.
• The post-test requires a score of 80% to pass. Unlimited retakes.
• Certificates are issued within 7 business days.
