Consultation, Supervision + Mentorship
Support for Practitioners Doing Depth Work
Whether you're building skill in trauma-focused modalities, working through a complex case, growing into supervision, or scaling a practice that reflects your values, this is a space for learning that happens through relationship, not just instruction. It's grounded in the same values that shape all of Groundwork: clinical rigor, nervous system awareness, ethical pacing, and a belief that sustainable practice starts with a regulated practitioner.
You'll find guidance that meets the complexity of trauma work without rushing it. Designed for clinicians and graduate-level trainees who want more than a checklist, whether you're pursuing Brainspotting certification hours, supplemental supervision toward licensure, case consultation or mentorship as you build a trauma-informed practice.

Clinical Consultation
Individual Clinical Consultation $75 / 30 min · $150 / 60 min
Open to therapists, coaches, nurse practitioners, body workers, energy workers, spiritual guides, and other helping professionals who need support navigating a client's trauma presentation. Consultation is available online or in-person in Nashville.
Most clients carry some history of trauma, even when that's not the presenting concern. As work deepens, trauma can surface — and the instinct is often to refer out. Consultation offers a different path: supporting the clinician so the therapeutic relationship doesn't have to end. Disrupting a trusted therapeutic relationship can itself be retraumatizing. Staying grounded and informed often serves the client better.
Areas of focus: Trauma + CPTSD | Attachment trauma | Chronic pain + illness | Grief | Psychedelic prep + integration | Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy | Spiritual + existential exploration | End of life / fear of death
Supplemental Licensure Supervision
Supplemental Licensure Supervision: $100/clinical hour
Available to pre-licensed MFTs in Tennessee working toward LMFT licensure, this is supplemental supervision designed to deepen clinical thinking alongside your primary supervisor. Sessions are offered individually, online or in-person in Nashville.
The focus is on trauma-informed, holistic practice — helping you develop the clinical judgment to work with complex presentations safely, pacing appropriately, and with genuine attunement to the nervous system. If you're drawn to depth work and want supervision that engages with the why behind interventions, not just the what, this may be a good fit.
Note: This is supplemental supervision only. You must have a designated primary supervisor to meet Tennessee licensure requirements.

Business Mentorship for Therapists $75 / 30 min · $150 / 60 min
For clinicians building or evolving a private practice — whether you're launching, restructuring, or expanding into supervision, training, or teaching. Mentorship draws on over fifteen years of building a group practice, developing a continuing education brand, and navigating the realities of self-employment in the mental health field.
Topics often include practice structure and documentation systems, independent contractor compliance, rate-setting and packaging, building scalable offerings beyond direct client hours, and the intersection of clinical identity and professional visibility.
This is not generic business coaching. It's grounded in the specific context of being a therapist and built on the same values of sustainability, integrity, and honest self-assessment that shape the clinical work.
